Software Development - Internee

Welcome to the "Finding Future Leaders" program Astrik’s flagship initiative designed to discover, nurture, and accelerate Pakistan's next generation of software engineering talent.

This isn't a typical "coffee-run" internship. You will be embedded into our core production teams, contributing to real-world software architectures from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities:

• What You Will Be Doing
• Collaborate with Senior Engineers on live, high-impact software production projects.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and sprint planning.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software systems.
• Present your technical findings and solutions to the leadership team.

Requirements:

• What We Are Looking For (Future Leaders)
• Education: Final-year students or recent graduates (BSCS, BSSE, or related).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript). Familiarity with version control (Git) is a plus.
• The "Leader" Mindset: You don't wait for instructions; you look for problems to solve. You have strong analytical skills and take ownership of your work.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. You can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
