Upwork Bidder

We’re looking for a results-driven Upwork Bidder to join our creative services team. If you know how to identify the right projects, write compelling proposals, and turn opportunities into successful client conversations, we’d love to hear from you!

You’ll be responsible for finding and bidding on projects across:
3D Animation, 3D Modeling, 3D Printing, Character Design, 2D Animation, Illustration & Concept Art, Graphic Design, Branding, Video Editing, E-Book Publishing & Illustration

Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Shift: Night Shift (9pm - 6am)

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and identify relevant Upwork projects daily
• Submit targeted and persuasive proposals
• Research potential clients and understand their requirements
• Maintain and optimize Upwork profiles
• Track bids, responses, interviews, and conversions
• Follow up with potential clients
• Coordinate with the creative/project team to prepare relevant proposals
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and new opportunities
• Help grow the company’s Upwork pipeline and revenue

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of hands-on Upwork bidding experience, preferably in creative services
• Strong understanding of the Upwork platform and bidding process
• Ability to identify high-quality, relevant projects
• Excellent proposal-writing skills with a focus on conversion
• Ability to personalize proposals based on client requirements
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Understanding of creative services and the ability to communicate project requirements effectively
• Experience with lead generation, client communication, and follow-ups is a plus
• Must be based in Karachi and comfortable with daily on-site work
• Must be comfortable working the night shift
