Software Product QA Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for Software Product QA Engineers to ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of our cloud-based web and mobile applications, including products with AI-powered features.
You will work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to test new features, identify issues, validate requirements, and ensure releases meet product quality standards.
Responsibilities
Test web and mobile applications across different devices, browsers, and environments.
Review product requirements and create test scenarios and test cases.
Perform functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and exploratory testing.
Test APIs and end-to-end workflows between different product modules.
Validate AI-powered features for accuracy, consistency, usability, and edge cases.
Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs through resolution.
Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases.
Validate new features against acceptance criteria and business requirements.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers throughout the development cycle.
Help maintain QA documentation, test cases, and release checklists.
Participate in release validation and post-release testing.

Requirements:

  • Education Requirements:
  • - Level: Bachelors
  • - Field of Study: Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
  • - Institution: KU, Fast, Bahria, SirSyed, Iqra, or any top universities of pakistan
  • Work Experience Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in Software QA / Product Quality Assurance.
  • Area of Experience: Product QA, Software QA, Application QA
  • Hands-on experience testing cloud-based web applications.
  • Experience testing Android and/or iOS applications.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
  • Experience with bug/project tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Ability to write clear test cases, bug reports, and reproduction steps.
  • Good understanding of browser compatibility and responsive application testing.
  • Basic understanding of databases and SQL is preferred.
  • Experience testing AI/LLM-based features is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of automated testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
