Istanbul, Türkiye — September 2026 — Astrik has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Nanjing Tuliptech Co., Ltd. (TokenBazaar.ai), China, at GITEX AI Türkiye 2026, establishing a strategic partnership focused on technology integration, product distribution, and expansion into new markets.

The agreement was signed by Akash Ramchandani, Chairman of Astrik, and Jeremy Dong, Principal AI Engineer at Nanjing Tuliptech Co., Ltd., on behalf of the company’s CEO, Zhu Jie.

The partnership creates a framework for the two companies to explore opportunities where their respective technology capabilities and market expertise can complement one another. Through closer collaboration, Astrik and Nanjing Tuliptech aim to support the integration and distribution of technology products while creating pathways for broader international market access.
