Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — Astrik, a Pakistan-based technology company building enterprise software and AI-powered products, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Afina, an AI and machine learning-powered data intelligence and revenue optimization technology company.
The MoU was signed on Day 4 of LEAP 2026 in Riyadh by Shahnawaz Abro, CEO and Co-Founder of Astrik, and Stepan Sepmenchuk, Chief Product Officer (CPO) of Afina.
The signing marks an important step in Astrik’s continued international growth and its focus on building strategic relationships with technology companies across the GCC and other global markets. It brings together two organizations working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, enterprise technology and data-driven business intelligence.
Afina specializes in applying AI and machine learning to help organizations derive greater commercial value from data.
