It was a time for a change
As longtime SaaS veterans, we have been in your shoes. For years we have experienced the slowdown, redundancy, and bottlenecks associated with traditional hiring processes. Whether it was unqualified candidates or lack of communication in the process, we were frustrated on the level of collaboration with our recruiters.
